Your Rights & Responsibilities

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 44pak platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 44pak Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 44pak Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 44pak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 44pak enforces strict age verification and will request government-issued identification at registration and/or at the point of withdrawal.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 44pak or any of its associated entities.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 44pak or any other gaming platform affiliated with 44pak.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on 44pak. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44pak login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 44pak support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

44pak shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any bets, deposits, or withdrawals made through your account prior to your notification of unauthorised access shall be deemed valid and your responsibility.

• Do not share your 44pak account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account, even a family member or trusted friend.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

44pak employs 256-bit SSL encryption and real-time fraud detection systems to protect your account. However, no digital system is entirely risk-free, and you remain responsible for actions taken through your account credentials.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

44pak supports a range of payment methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, USDT (TRC20), and cash deposit. All account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 44pak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• 44pak does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Before any withdrawal is processed, 44pak requires successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification, which includes submission of a government-issued CNIC or passport.
• Withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within approximately 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in your own name. 44pak reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• 44pak reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

44pak offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page on the 44pak Platform. In the event of a conflict between this Section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published on the promotion page. Live dealer games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is stated on the promotion page. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.

06 Casino Games & Sports Betting Rules

All casino games available on 44pak — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win games — use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

General Game Rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player.
• Bets placed after the conclusion of a game round or sporting event — due to latency, connection issues, or any other reason — are void and will be refunded.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a round, 44pak reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.
• 44pak is not responsible for lost winnings resulting from the Player's internet disconnection or device failure after a bet has been placed.

Sports Betting Rules:

• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches, are subject to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or incomplete result, applicable void or reduced settlement rules are stated on the relevant market page.
• 44pak reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during in-play events, if integrity concerns or data feed failures arise.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are displayed within the betting interface and apply regardless of the stated odds at the time of bet placement.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44pak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of all funds, without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Engaging in chargebacks or attempting to reverse deposits after bonus funds have been utilised.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the security systems or infrastructure of 44pak.

44pak employs advanced fraud detection systems and conducts regular manual reviews of account activity. Where fraud is confirmed, 44pak reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent means.

08 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

44pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its Pakistani player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all 44pak Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, the account cannot be accessed or reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from 44pak by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. 44pak will take reasonable steps to ensure excluded Players are not targeted by marketing communications.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 44pak Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 44pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without express written consent from 44pak.
• Use any 44pak trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 44pak software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 44pak's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44pak, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from game malfunctions, data feed errors, or technical interruptions.
• Loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data suppliers that affect your experience on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted by law, 44pak's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible under that law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

44pak collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 44pak.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform usage is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. 44pak does not sell personal data to third parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

44pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 44pak will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13 Termination & Account Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 44pak account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure by 44pak: 44pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 44pak is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• 44pak reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed by 44pak due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full, including deposits and winnings. Where closure occurs for any other reason, the verified account balance will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 44pak account, games, bets, or any other aspect of the Platform, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 44pak support team in the first instance. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the 44pak compliance team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the matter remains unresolved following the escalation process, you may refer the dispute to the applicable regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction 44pak holds its gaming licence. Details of the relevant authority are available upon request from our compliance team.

44pak shall not be bound by any resolution reached outside this formal dispute resolution process. The submission of a chargeback or third-party claim prior to exhausting this process constitutes a breach of these Terms.

15 Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 44pak with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: 44pak's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in future circumstances.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of 44pak. 44pak may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or affiliate without restriction.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
